Landscape Paintings, Hand-Painted From Your Photograph
We paint landscapes by hand from your photograph — the view you walk every morning, the place you were married, a vineyard, a coastline, a farm — and as original decor for interiors that need a particular size and palette.

Landscapes are commissioned for two very different reasons, and we paint both. One is memory: the view from a holiday house, the field behind a farm, the stretch of coast where a family has walked for forty years. The other is decor: an interior needs original art at a specific size, in a specific palette, and a stock canvas will not do.
From your photograph
We paint the place as your photograph shows it, with the light adjusted where it helps — a flat midday photo can be painted in morning light, a grey day in autumn colour. Panoramas are composed from several overlapping photographs. Buildings inside a landscape get the same care as a house portrait: the architecture is drawn, not suggested.
For interior designers
Give us the wall dimensions, the sightline and a photo or swatch of the room, and we recommend a size, proportion and palette. The background tone is mixed to sit with the scheme rather than fight it, and the colour is confirmed on the digital proof under daylight-balanced light before anything ships. Custom proportions — long and narrow above a sofa, square in an alcove — are quoted the same way as standard sizes.
Mediums
Oil on canvas holds the deepest greens and the most convincing skies and is the default. Acrylic dries in hours when an install date is close. Watercolour on paper suits a light, airy scene and ships flat for local framing. See the mediums pages for how each behaves, and the trade program for pricing from one piece.

Landscapes & scenes FAQ
Can you paint a place from a photo I took years ago?
Yes. Older and lower-resolution photographs usually support a landscape better than a portrait, because the detail lives in the light and the shapes rather than in a face.
Can you paint a place I cannot photograph — somewhere that has changed, or that I only remember?
Partly. We work from photographs, so we need a reference: an old photo, a postcard you own, a family album. What we do not do is invent a place from a description.
Can the painting be made to fit a specific wall and palette?
Yes, and it is the most common trade request. Give us the wall dimensions and a swatch or a photo of the room, and we recommend a size and tone the piece to sit with the scheme.
Do you paint panoramas?
Yes. Long, narrow proportions suit estates, coastlines and vineyards; send overlapping photos taken at the same exposure and we compose from them.
Can I order a single piece at trade pricing for a client?
Yes. Trade pricing starts from a single piece, and a project — a series for one interior, or a standing monthly order — is quoted the same way. Request the trade price list from the trade page.
